While the vessel "Sin Phyong 9" (a.k.a. Chong Rim 2) is listed on p. 134 and 144 of the UN Panel of Experts September 2023 report with the correct IMO 8916293, the satellite image descriptions use a different IMO (8021579), which belongs to the vessel "Ma Du San", a.k.a. "Sin Phyong 14". Spoofed its identity under the former alias "Maducan" in 2023.
