(p. 200) of the UN Panel of Experts September 2022 report, "Only two ships named ROCKY are recorded on the IMO website, with one operating as a tug-boat in waters of a different continent. The remaining ROCKY (IMO: 8878984) is a 29-meter long, 187 gross tonnage fishing boat with no AIS tracks."
