SummaryOn July 12, 2016, the Bellevue Police Department in Washington arrested Dariel De Los Santos for Rape of a Child, Unlawful Imprisonment and Voyeurism. He was released and later arrested for failure to comply. On Oct. 11, 2018, ICE lodged a detainer on De Los Santos with the King County Jail. In November 2019, he was convicted of Child Molestation in the 3rd degree and 2 counts of Assault in the 4th degree. The King County Jail did not honor the immigration and released him in June 2019. On Sept. 21, 2019, ICE arrested De Los Santos in Bellevue, Washington. He was issued a notice to appear and is currently detained at Northwest Detention Center pending removal proceedings.[sources]
