The United Kingdom's consolidated international sanctions list.
The Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) publishes a list of all those subject to financial sanctions imposed by the UK which it keeps updated.
You can find more information about the current UK sanctions regimes here and read the guidance.
The UK sanctions list suffers from very bad data quality as the result of manual data processing and inappropriate data structures used by the XML files.
The UK HMT/OFSI Consolidated List of Targets dataset has been consolidated into the FCDO UK Sanctions List as of January 2026. There will be no further updates to this dataset after January 28, 2026. Read our changelog entry for more details. We further plan to remove the sanction topic from entries in this dataset after its deprecation, and will eventually remove the dataset entirely to avoid processing stale designations.
