The 1718 Designated Vessels List details vessels subject to sanctions under various UN Security Council resolutions. These measures include:

Asset freezes, financial restrictions, and the freezing of economic resources, as specified in resolutions 1718 (2006) and 2270 (2016).
De-flagging, port entry bans, and asset freezes for vessels linked to nuclear or ballistic missile activities under resolution 2321 (2016).
Port entry restrictions for vessels involved in prohibited activities under resolutions 2371 (2017) and 2375 (2017), with exceptions for emergencies or approved humanitarian reasons.
Sanctions on vessels controlled or operated by Ocean Maritime Management (KPe.020) under resolution 2270 (2016), recognizing them as economic resources.
