According to Paragraph 16 (p. 11) of the UN Panel of Experts September 2022 report, Malaysia stated that this entity ceased operation in February 2014 and was dissolved in June 2018. Global Communications as well as International Golden Services and International Global System are listed as aliases of Pan Systems Pte. Ltd. (Pyongyang branch) in the recommendation for designation by the UN Panel of Experts since September 2017. In Annex 1 (p. 73) of the UN Panel of Experts February 2016 report, the case descriptions features the abbreviation "IGS" for the company International Golden Services Sdn Bhd. In the following sentences, the report uses the abbreviations ICG and ICGS without further elaborations on what they refer to. This individual is linked to all of these entities.
