“Plant ‘Zvezda’” is Russia’s leading enterprise for the production of high-precision gyroscopic devices for rocket, space and aviation equipment for various purposes. The plant is a part of the military-industrial complex in Tver region that solves high-tech tasks in the interests of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. “Plant ‘Zvezda’” manufactures and provides dynamically adjustable gyroscopes (DNG) which are used in control and stabilization systems of the navigation satellites - GLONASS–K. GLONASS is a Russian satellite navigation system designed for operational navigation and time support for an unlimited number of land, sea, air and space-based users. GLONASS system continually assists Russian Armed Forces to deliver accurate strikes with tactical missiles (e.g. Iskander tactile missiles) in Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine. Therefore, “Plant ‘Zvezda’” is supporting materially actions which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

Plant "Zvezda" est la première entreprise russe de production d'appareils gyroscopiques de haute précision destinés à des équipements pour fusées et dans les domaines spatial et aéronautique, pour divers usages. L'usine fait partie du complexe militaro-industriel de la région de Tver, qui s'acquitte de tâches de haute technologie dans l'intérêt du ministère de la défense de la Fédération de Russie. Plant "Zvezda" fabrique et fournit des gyroscopes à réglage dynamique qui sont utilisés dans les systèmes de contrôle et de stabilisation des satellites de navigation ‒ GLONASS-K. FR: GLONASS est un système russe de navigation par satellite conçu pour assurer la navigation opérationnelle et un soutien en temps pour un nombre illimité d'utilisateurs terrestres, maritimes, aériens et spatiaux. Le système GLONASS aide en permanence les forces armées russes à effectuer des frappes précises au moyen de missiles tactiques (par exemple, des missiles tactiles Iskander) dans le cadre de la guerre d'agression menée par la Russie contre l'Ukraine. Par conséquent, Plant "Zvezda" apporte un soutien matériel aux actions qui compromettent et menacent l'intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l'indépendance de l'Ukraine.
