Alesia MILORADOVICH

Alesya Miloradovich is a collaborator of the Government of the Russian Federation in France, and calls herself a “foreign affairs facilitator”. Alesya Miloradovich organised a so-called “electoral observation” mission in the Ukrainian territories illegally occupied by Russia, in the context of the referendum on the annexation of those regions to Russia, and recruited French nationals who participated in the mission. She publicly admitted that she did this for the benefit of the Russian Government. She was also a co-organiser of trips for French children to the Artek International Children Center in illegally annexed Crimea, which were funded by the Government of the Russian Federation. She has also been involved in the Russian propaganda project “Foreign journalists for Russia” and has participated in spreading pro-Russian views, including by claiming that French and Western societies support Russian actions against Ukraine. Therefore, Alesya Miloradovich is responsible for, implementing, supporting or benefiting from actions or policies by the Government of the Russian Federation which undermine or threaten democracy, the rule of law, stability or security in a third country by planning, directing, engaging in, directly or indirectly, or otherwise facilitating the obstruction or undermining of the democratic political process of a third country, including by attempting to destabilise its constitutional order.

Alesya Miloradovich est une collaboratrice du gouvernement de la Fédération de Russie en France, qui se qualifie de “facilitateur des affaires étrangères”. Alesya Miloradovich a organisé une prétendue mission d’“observation électorale” dans les territoires ukrainiens illégalement occupés par la Russie, dans le contexte des référendums sur l’annexion de ces régions à la Russie, et a recruté des ressortissants français qui ont participé à cette mission. Elle a publiquement reconnu qu’elle avait agi à cet égard au profit du gouvernement russe. Elle a également coorganisé des voyages pour des enfants français au Centre international pour enfants “Artek”, en Crimée illégalement annexée, qui ont été financés par le gouvernement de la Fédération de Russie. Par ailleurs, elle a été impliquée dans le projet de propagande russe “Foreign journalists for Russia” et a participé à la diffusion d’opinions pro-russes, notamment en prétendant que les sociétés française et occidentale soutiennent les actions menées par la Russie contre l’Ukraine. Par conséquent, Alesya Miloradovich est responsable d’actions ou de politiques du gouvernement de la Fédération de Russie qui compromettent ou menacent la démocratie, l’état de droit, la stabilité ou la sécurité d’un pays tiers, ou met en œuvre ou soutient de telles actions ou politiques ou en tire avantage en organisant ou en dirigeant des actions faisant obstacle ou portant atteinte au processus politique démocratique d’un pays tiers, y compris en tentant de déstabiliser son ordre constitutionnel, ou en participant, directement ou indirectement, à de telles actions ou en les facilitant de quelque autre manière.
