Function: Director of the Mariupol Museum of Local History

Swiss SECO Sanctions/Embargoes,

Natalya Kapustnikova is the director of the Mariupol Museum of Local History. She discovered the location of artworks from the Kuindzhi Art Museum of Mariupol and gave those works willingly over to the Russian authorities, who facilitated their transfer to the Local History Museum of Donetsk. This was done without the knowledge or consent of the Ukrainian authorities or the Director of the Kuindzhi Art Museum. In acting in this capacity, Natalya Kapustnikova is responsible for supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

Natalya Kapustnikova est la directrice du musée d’histoire locale de Marioupol. Elle a découvert l’emplacement des œuvres du musée d’art Kouïndji de Marioupol et les a volontairement cédées aux autorités russes, qui ont facilité leur transfert vers le musée d’histoire locale de Donetsk. Cela a été fait à l’insu ou sans le consentement des autorités ukrainiennes et du directeur du musée d’art Kouïndji . En agissant en cette qualité, Natalya Kapustnikova est responsable de soutenir et de mettre en œuvre des actions et des politiques qui compromettent et menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine.
