Mikhail Podvyaznikov is the General Director of JSC “North Western Regional Center of Almaz Antey Concern Obukhovsky Plant”. JSC “North Western Regional Center of Almaz Antey Concern Obukhovsky Plant” is one of the largest enterprises in the Russian defence industry and produces weapons systems and military equipment.
