Deputy Head of the Sevastopol electoral commission, which took part in the organisation of the so-called elections in the illegally annexed ‘Autonomous Republic of Crimea’ and City of Sevastopol held in Sep 2021. Member of the ruling ‘United Russia’ party. In taking on and acting in this capacity, he actively supported and implemented actions and policies which undermine the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, and further destabilised Ukraine.

Vice-président de la commission électorale de Sébastopol, qui a participé à l'organisation des prétendues élections dans la "République autonome de Crimée" et dans la ville de Sébastopol, illégalement annexées, en septembre 2021. Membre du parti au pouvoir Russie unie. En assumant cette fonction et en cette qualité, il a activement soutenu et mis en œuvre des actions et des politiques qui compromettent ou menacent l'intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l'indépendance de l'Ukraine, et a déstabilisé davantage ce pays.
