Vladimir Kupriyanyuk is the Head of the Main Intelligence Directorate - Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces and the former First Deputy Commander of the Belarusian Western Operational Command. He is part of the Belarusian army, which has supported Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine. In this position he is responsible for the participation of the troops under his command in the joint Belarusian-Russian military exercises preceding the military build-up at the Ukrainian border which prepared and facilitated the Russian military aggression against Ukraine of 24 February 2022. He is therefore responsible for and actively supporting actions undermining the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, as well as stability and security in Ukraine.
Vladimir Kupriyanyuk est chef de la direction générale du renseignement — chef adjoint de l’état-major des forces armées et ancien premier commandant adjoint du commandement opérationnel de l’Ouest de la Biélorussie. Il appartient à l’armée biélorusse, qui a soutenu la guerre d’agression menée par la Russie contre l’Ukraine. À ce titre, il est responsable de la participation des troupes sous son commandement aux exercices militaires conjoints russo-biélorusses qui ont précédé le renforcement des forces militaires à la frontière ukrainienne, qui ont préparé et facilité l’agression militaire russe contre l’Ukraine du 24 février 2022. Il est donc responsable d’actions compromettant l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine, ainsi que la stabilité et la sécurité en Ukraine, et soutient activement ces actions.
