Mikalai Shkred is the First Deputy Head of the Belarus President Property Management Directorate and a former Deputy Head of the Security Service of Aliaksandr Lukashenka. The Directorate is a Belarusian government body subordinated directly to Aliaksandr Lukashenka. The Directorate started as a small unit managing inventory, logistics and welfare for government agencies, and has since evolved into the largest operator of non-residential real estate and of lotteries in Belarus. It thereby generates revenue for the regime. As First Deputy Head of the Belarus President Property Management Directorate, Mikalai Shkred supports the Lukashenka regime. Mikalai Shkred est le premier adjoint du chef de la direction de la gestion des propriétés du président de la Biélorussie et il a été adjoint du chef du service de sécurité d’Aliaksandr Loukachenka. La direction est une instance gouvernementale relevant directement d’Aliaksandr Loukachenka. La direction a commencé ses activités en tant qu’unité de taille limitée gérant les inventaires, la logistique et les actifs d’agences gouvernementales et est depuis devenue le plus grand opérateur d’immobilier non résidentiel et de loteries en Biélorussie. Elle génère donc des revenus pour le régime. En tant que premier adjoint du chef de la direction de la gestion des propriétés du président de la Biélorussie, Mikalai Shkred soutient le régime de Loukachenka.
