Function: Judge of the Military Court of Appeal of the Russian Federation

Sergey Vinnik is a judge of the Military Court of Appeal of the Russian Federation. In his position, he prosecuted various members of the Crimean Tatars, such as Tymur Ibrahimov and Seyran Saliyev, as well as other Crimean political prisoners. He is therefore supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

Sergey Vinnik est juge à la cour d'appel militaire de la Fédération de Russie. Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, il a poursuivi plusieurs membres de la communauté des Tatars de Crimée, tels que Timur Ibrahimov et Seyran Saliyev, ainsi que d'autres prisonniers politiques. Par conséquent, il soutient et met en œuvre des actions et des politiques qui compromettent et menacent l'intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l'indépendance de l'Ukraine.
