JSC Izhevsk Electromechanical Plant 'Kupol' (or JSC IEMZ ‘Kupol’) is a Russian company engaged in the development, production, operation and repair of Tor missile systems, an all-weather, low to medium-altitude, short-range surface-to-air missile system designed for destroying airplanes, helicopters, cruise missiles, etc. JSC Izhevsk Electromechanical Plant 'Kupol' provides manufactured Tor missile systems to the Russian Armed Forces, which are used in the war of aggression against Ukraine. JSC Izhevsk Electromechanical Plant 'Kupol' is therefore responsible for supporting materially actions which undermined or threatened the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.
