In Annex 74 (p. 330) of the UN Panel of Experts March 2019 report, the joint venture NH-MKP Builders Ltd. is stated to be co-owned by the Ugandan National Housing and Construction Company (NHCC) and MKP Builders Sdn Bhd. As MKP Builders Sdn Bhd is located in Malaysia, this is possibly a misspelling of MKP Builder San Bhd, a company with an almost identical name, which is located in Uganda. Furthermore, Annex 66 (p. 228) of the March 2018 report indicates the joint venture relationship to be between NH-MKP Builders Ltd. and the Ugandan MKP Builders San Bhd, not the Malaysian MKP Builders Sdn Bhd.
Malaysian companies use the suffix Sendirian Berhad (Sdn Bhd), which identifies a a private limited company. This entity, located in Uganda, is referred to as "San Bhd". It is unclear if "MKP Builders San Bhd" is "MKP Builder Sdn Bhd" or its subsidiary. The UN Panel of Experts comments on this in Paragraph 199 (p. 74): "MKP Builders San Bhd is likely a branch of one of MKP’s Malaysian companies by the same name, owned by Han Hun Il and Yong Kok Yeap".
