Причиной этому послужил инцидент, произошедший в Сочи, в резиденции Путина «Бочаров ручей». Перед началом совещания президента с военными в зал пустили оператора телеканала «Звезда», чтобы он снял «перебивки» для выпусков новостей. Объект хищения — государственная собственность.
