Performed the formal review at the 25 April 2022 military parade, which indicates his role in and responsibility for supporting or promoting the DPRK’s nuclear-related, ballistic-missile-related or other weapons of mass destruction-related programmes. Pak accompanied Kim Jong Un on a visit to Russia in September 2023 along with other high-level military commanders and arms industry officials.
