Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation

Dmitry Chernyshenko is Deputy Prime Minister of Russia for Tourism, Sport, Culture and Communications and member of the Board of Directors of the Russian Railways, appointed to this position by the Government of the Russian Federation. In Oct 2021 Russia started an unprecedented military build-up on or near the Ukrainian border and within Ukraine’s occupied Crimea region. Russian Armed Forces conducted mass-scale military exercises there. This led to the escalation of the conflict and put destabilising pressure on Ukraine. Both military personnel and military equipment of the Russian Armed Forces were transported to the areas near the Ukrainian border by the Russian Railways of which Mr Chernyshenko is a member of the Board of Directors. On 24 Feb 2022 Russia, launched a full-scale military aggression on Ukraine. Therefore, he is responsible for actively supporting or implementing actions or policies which undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, as well as stability and security in Ukraine.

M. Dmitry Chernyshenko, vice-Premier ministre russe chargé du tourisme, des sports, de la culture et de la communication et membre du conseil d’administration de la compagnie des chemins de fer russes, nommé à ce poste par le gouvernement de la Fédération de Russie. En octobre 2021, la Russie a entamé un déploiement militaire sans précédent sur ou près de la frontière ukrainienne, ainsi que dans la région occupée de la Crimée, située en Ukraine. Les forces russes armées ont conduit des exercices militaires à grande échelle dans ces zones. Ces exercices ont donné lieu à une escalade du conflit et ont fait peser une pression déstabilisatrice sur l’Ukraine. Le personnel ainsi que les équipements militaires des forces russes armées ont été transportés dans des zones proches de la frontière ukrainienne grâce à la compagnie des chemins de fer russes, dont M.Chernyshenko est un membre du conseil d’administration. Le 24 février 2022, la Russie a lancé une agression armée à grande échelle sur l’Ukraine. Il est donc responsable de soutenir activement ou de mettre en œuvre des actions ou des politiques compromettant ou menaçant l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine, ainsi que la stabilité et la sécurité en Ukraine

Почему в списке | Участие и пособничество в деятельности организованного преступного сообщества, созданного с целью систематического совершения особо опасных преступлений, направленных против основ конституционного строя и безопасности государства, государственной власти и интересов государственной службы, правосудия, а также против мира и безопасности. | В 2012 году Дмитрий Чернышенко занимал пост заместителя председателя Наблюдательного совета ГК «Олимпстрой», контролирующей возведение олимпийских объектов в Сочи. Именно в это время МВД было предотвращено хищение 8 млрд рублей, однако по завершении олимпиады была выявлена растрата. СМИ указывали на специальное завышение стоимости строительства объектов. В частности, отмечалось, что комплекс «Горная карусель» (комплекс трамплинов и горная медиадеревня) в ходе строительства подорожал на несколько миллиардов.
