Yevgeny Valeryevich NIKIFOROV

Colonel General Yevgeny Nikiforov is, since Jan 2023, the Commander of the Western Military District of the Russian Federation. Under his command, the Russian Armed Forces, including troops of the Western Military District, are continuing their attacks against Ukraine, in the context of Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine. In taking on and acting in this capacity, Colonel General Yevgeny Nikiforov is responsible for supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

Le colonel général Yevgeny Nikiforov est, depuis janvier 2023, le commandant du district militaire occidental de la Fédération de Russie. Sous son commandement, les forces armées russes, y compris les troupes du district militaire occidental, poursuivent leurs attaques contre l’Ukraine, dans le contexte de la guerre d’agression menée par la Russie contre l’Ukraine. En assumant cette fonction et en agissant en cette qualité, le colonel général Yevgeny Nikiforov est responsable de soutenir et de mettre en œuvre des actions et des politiques qui compromettent et menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine.
