Function: Head of the Altai Republic

Oleg Khorokhordin is the Head of Altai, a Republic of the Russian Federation. In his role as the Head of the Altai Republic, he has participated in the mobilisation efforts of the Russian Government to recruit soldiers for its war of aggression against Ukraine. He has directed legislative changes for the support of Russian soldiers and their families. He has also personally delivered military equipment provided by the Altai Republic to soldiers deployed in the war of aggression against Ukraine. He has consistently justified the illegal annexation of Crimea and the actions of Russia’s armed forces in Ukraine and issued medals to soldiers. Under his leadership, the Altai Republic has promised to participate in the Russian restoration of the illegally occupied Ukrainian territories with the aim of integrating them into the Russian Federation. Therefore, Oleg Khorokhordin is supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

Oleg Khorokhordin est l’ancien chef de l’Altaï, une république de la Fédération de Russie. Dans ses fonctions de chef de la République de l’Altaï, il a participé aux efforts de mobilisation du gouvernement russe visant à recruter des soldats pour sa guerre d’agression contre l’Ukraine. Il a ordonné des modifications législatives en vue de soutenir les soldats russes et leurs familles. Il a également acheminé personnellement du matériel militaire fourni par la République de l’Altaï aux soldats déployés dans le cadre de la guerre d’agression contre l’Ukraine. Il n’a cessé de justifier l’annexion illégale de la Crimée et les actions des forces armées russes en Ukraine et a décerné des médailles à des soldats. Sous sa direction, la République de l’Altaï a promis de participer au rétablissement russe des territoires ukrainiens illégalement occupés dans le but de les intégrer dans la Fédération de Russie. Par conséquent, Oleg Khorokhordin soutient et met en œuvre des actions et des politiques qui compromettent et menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine.
