Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration, former Minister of Information
In his former leadership position as Minister of Information, he was responsible for the repression of civil society, and in particular the Ministry of Information decision to cut off access to independent websites and limit internet access in Belarus in the wake of the 2020 presidential election, as a tool of repression of civil society, peaceful demonstrators and journalists. He remains active in the Lukashenka regime as Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration.
Dans le cadre de ses anciennes fonctions dirigeantes de ministre de l’information, il a été responsable de la répression de la société civile, et notamment de la décision du ministère de l’information de couper l’accès aux sites internet indépendants et de limiter l’accès à internet en Biélorussie à la suite du scrutin présidentiel de 2020, à des fins répressives envers la société civile, les manifestants pacifiques et les journalistes. Il continue de jouer un rôle actif dans le régime de Loukachenka en tant que chef adjoint de l’administration présidentielle.
