Paragraph 64 (p. 47) of the UN Panel of Experts March 2022 report and multiple other report sources describe Cheng Chiun Shipping as the operator of the vessels "Sky Venus" (IMO: 9168257) and "Sunward" (IMO: 8920115). However, Paragraph 66 (ibid.) describes how Cheng Chiun Shipping exerts such roles through its front companies Ocean Energy International and Wills International. A search for the vessel IMOs on Equasis has shown that the relationship is registered between the vessels and the front companies, not Cheng Chiun Shipping itself.
