Description | North Korean Embassy. The UN Panel of Experts was told that the 221 General Bureau is represented at the DPRK Embassy in Teheran with by least three individuals. The Panel found that three DPRK nationals suspected of smuggling gold and cash between Tehran and Dubai airports, a scheme involving DPRK Embassy officials in Tehran, hold several bank accounts in China and Bulgaria. A UN Member State identifies DPRK nationals Pak Sin Hyok and Ri Kuk Myong, from the Economic and Commercial Section of the DPRK Embassy in Tehran, as active participants in this smuggling. | [sources] | |||
