The data on Ri Ik's employment at OCN Singapore, respectively its Pyongyang Office, provided by the UN Panel of Experts, is conflicting. According to Paragraph 179 (p. 67) of the March 2018 report, Ri Ik had been employed as a "Pyongyang office manager" by OCN since 2004. His affiliations in the referenced Annex 56 (p. 215) show "Regional Business Development Manager, OCN (Singapore) Pte Ltd and "OCN Representative, Pyongyang". Paragraph 143 (p. 59) of the March 2019 report states that Ri Ik's Singaporean employment pass was revoked in January 2018, ending his employment status with OCN Singapore. Furthermore, Annex 73 (p. 306) of the same report claims he has obtained his first Singapore employment pass in 2004, matching the date of his emploment as a "Pyongyang office manager". However, the same annex features his self-submitted Curriculum Vitae in order to obtain an employment pass (p. 307). The CV describes him a "Chief Manager of OCN (Singapore) PTE LTD Pyongyang Office" since August 1994, ten years earlier than what the Panel claims.
