يتخذه الحرس الثوري الإيراني كمقر. وبحسب مصادر لصحيفة المدن: في آب/أغسطس 2018، انسحب 40 مقاتلاً من "فرقة المهدي شيراز الصاروخية" و"فيلق القدس"، وأزالوا الشعارات والرايات التي تدل على وجود قوات إيرانية في مواقع تمركزهم في "اللواء 12 مدرعات". وارتدى عناصر "الفرقة" المتبقين بدلات عسكرية خاصة بقوات النظام، في محاولة للالتفاف على الاتفاق الروسي–الإسرائيلي الذي يقضي بانسحاب القوات الإيرانية من الجنوب السوري.

The Iranian Revolutionary Guard is taken as a headquarters.
