نمير بديع الأسد

يتزعم عصابة للسطو المسلح كان نشاطها يتركز في الساحل السوري ولبنان. ترأس التشكيل العصابي الذي سطا على المال في فندق سمير اميس في 2004 بدمشق. كما اشتهر بعملية السطو في 2005 لشركة الهرم للحوالات قرب مؤسسة البريد بدمشق والتي نشر تسجيلها المصور في موقع يوتيوب وتم سرقة نحو 43 مليون ليرة سورية تحت التهديد بالسلاح. من أعوانه الذين تسربت أسماؤهم بحكم اعتقالهم معه: سائر سليمان و حسان الآغا وجميعهم لهم سوابق. وقتل الشرطي وسيم وردة في تبادل إطلاق نار مع نمير الأسد عند اعتقاله. محكوم بالسجن المؤبد من المحكمة الميدانية (أورد أحد المصادر: محكوم بثلاث أحكام مؤبد "أي ٦٦ سنة" وإعدامين). في ٢٠١٦، نشرت زمان الوصل بأن استعصاء شهر أبريل في أحد أجنحة سجن السويداء المركزي (جناح المحكومين بأحكام من المحكمة الميدانية)، سببه اعتداء نمير الأسد المسجون في السجن نفسه على أحد المعتقلين السياسيين وضربه له وإهانته. وبحسب تسريبات زمان الوصل، فإن نمير الأسد كانت بحقه ٣ مذكرات بالجرائم التالي: سلب وسرقة، اغتصاب وتهديد وتهويل بالسلاح، تشكيل عصابة أشرار مسلحة والقتل قصدا
