تأسست في ٢٠١١. تعمل في عدة مجالات منها المجال العقاري. يبلغ رأسمال الشركة بحسب ما نقل موقع الاقتصادي 500 مليون ليرة سورية موزعة على 50 ألف حصة قيمة كل حصة 10 آلاف ليرة سورية. ويساهم بتأسيسها رجل الأعمال رامي مخلوف، بنسبة 99.98% من رأس المال إلى جانب شركة صندوق المشرق الاستثماري المساهمة القابضة والتي تغطي الجزء المتبقي من رأس المال وقدرها 0.002%. وأكد المصدر أن الشركة الجديدة ستقيم المشاريع العقارية والتجارية والصناعية والزراعية والخدمية وإدارتها واستثمارها وتطويرها، وستنشط بأعمال الإنشاء والتعهدات والمقاولات وذلك في جميع المجالات واستيراد وتصدير جميع المواد الزراعية والغذائية بها بما فيها المواشي واللحوم الطازجة والمجمدة الحمراء والبيضاء وكل ما يتعلق به. تنازل مخلوف عن كامل حصته في شركة "سيريتل موبايل تيليكوم" لصالح شركة "راماك للمشاريع التنموية والإنسانية المحدودة المسؤولية". مدرجة في قوائم العقوبات الأمريكية

Ramak Investment Group was founded in 2011 and operates many investments in multiple sectors including real estate. According to press reports by Aliqtisadi, the capital of the company is 500 million Syrian pounds distributed over 50,000 shares each at a value of 10,000 Syrian pounds. In its founding, businessman Rami Makhlouf contributed 99.98% of the capital, along with the Al-Mashreq Investment Fund Holding Company which covered the remaining 0.002%. A source confirmed that the new company would establish, manage, invest and develop real estate and commercial, industrial, agricultural and service projects. It will also be active in construction and contracting work in all fields, as well as import and export of all agricultural and food materials including livestock, fresh and frozen red and white meat and all related goods.The Group is owned by Rami Makhlouf (51%), his wife Razan Othman (48.9%) and son Ali Rami Makhlouf (0.1%). Ramak Investment Group is subject to US sanctions.
