علاء إبراهيم

علاء منير إبراهيم. من مواليد اللاذقية، يحمل إجازة في الهندسة المدنية وشغل عدة وظائف حكومية منها مدير الخدمات الفنية في محافظة اللاذقية ومدير سياحة اللاذقية ومدير عام مؤسسة النقل البحري. هو ابن أحد الضباط السابقين في جيش النظام، والذي كان قائداً للمنطقة الساحلية في التسعينيات. أعفي من عدة مناصب في السابق بتهم تتعلق بالفساد وسرقة المال العام. عين في ٢٠١٦ محافظا لريف دمشق. ومتزوج من ريم نجيب ولديه ثلاثة أولاد: باسل إبراهيم، فاطمة إبراهيم، بشار إبراهيم
