ميليشيا تتبع للحرس الثوري الإيراني في البوكمال بدير الزور وله مكاتب في حلب والرقة وريف دمشق. يقود اللواء يوسف الحمدان الملقب بـ”أبوعيسى المشهداني” وهو قيادي سابق في اللواء 47 حرس ثوري، إضافة إلى موسى المحمود الذي عيّنته طهران مؤخراً أحد وجهاء مدينة البوكمال. تقول المصادر ان اللواء تشكل من ابناء العشائر السورية الذين تحولوا إلى الطائفة الشيعية من ابناء العشائر السورية.
