Pavel Prigozhin is associated with several companies previously owned by his mother, Lyubov Valentinovna Prigozhina: Beta LLC, Turstatus, Lakhta Park Premium LLC, Lakhta Park LLC and Lakhta Plaza LLC. Additionally, Pavel Prigozhin is associated with the company JSC Businessprof, which owns the Sinop Business Center in Saint Petersburg. Pavel Prigozhin is the primary heir and beneficiary of the assets, possessions, and properties of Yevgeniy Prigozhin. He is therefore a leading businessperson operating in Russia and he is benefitting from Russian decision-makers responsible for the annexation of Crimea and the destabilisation of Eastern Ukraine. Pavel Prigozhin has publicly confirmed that he is the commander of the Wagner Group and has negotiated with the Russian National Guard (Rosgvardia), to allow the Wagner Group continue combat operations in Ukraine. Moreover, Pavel Prigozhin has served in the Wagner Group in Syria. He publicly confirmed that he is involved in the military operations against Ukraine by serving in a Wagner Group unit in the Donbass region.
