"The Panel investigated possible technical exchanges between Kim Chaek University of Technology and International Global Systems (M) Sdn Bhd and International Golden Services Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur, which appeared to have been front companies of Pan Systems Pte. Ltd. (also known as Glocom). Malaysia stated that these companies ceased operation in July 2011 and February 2014 and were dissolved in January 2019 and June 2018, respectively.
