According to another Member State, a Democratic People’s Republic of Korea individual, Oh Chung Song (오충성, date of birth: 27 February 1989), then resident in Dubai, created an account on the “Upwork” platform, falsifying his nationality in the process. Using the platform, Oh reportedly developed and supplied IT-related programs to a number of different companies in order to acquire foreign currency.
