On 20 July 2022, the vessel switched on AIS. The facts supporting the call to the port of the TOT of Crimea were recorded by the captain of the vessel and published on a social network. The Ukrainian prosecutor's office served the ship's captain with a notice of suspicion of violating the procedure for entering and leaving the temporarily occupied territory, the vessel was arrested in absentia by a Ukrainian court in 2022.
