Function: So-called “Commissioner for Human Rights in the Luhansk People’s Republic”
Viktoria Serdyukova has been the so-called “Commissioner for Human Rights of the Luhansk People’s Republic” since 5 Oct 2021. In this role, she has supported the war of aggression Russia launched against Ukraine on 24 Feb 2022. She has supported the illegal annexation of the territory of Luhansk and the adoption of Russian legislation in that and other illegally annexed territories. In taking on and acting in this capacity, Viktoria Serdyukova is responsible for supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.
Viktoria Serdyukova est l’ancienne soi-disant “commissaire aux droits de l’homme de la République populaire de Louhansk”. À ce titre, elle a soutenu la guerre d’agression lancée par la Russie contre l’Ukraine le 24 février 2022. Elle a soutenu l’annexion illégale du territoire de Louhansk et l’adoption de la législation russe dans ce territoire et dans d’autres territoires illégalement annexés. En assumant cette fonction et en agissant en cette qualité, Viktoria Serdyukova est responsable de soutenir et de mettre en œuvre des actions ou des politiques qui compromettent et menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine.
