Natalya Virtuozova is the General Director of the Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization “Directorate of the Exhibition of Achievements ‘Russia’”, which organised the international exhibition and forum “Russia” and now manages the National Center “Russia”. Therefore, as the General Director of the Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization “Directorate of the Exhibition of Achievements ‘Russia’” and the National Center “Russia”, Natalya Virtuozova is supporting and implementing policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

Natalya Virtuozova est également directrice générale du Centre national "Russie". En juillet 2024, le président Poutine a signé un décret visant à instituer le centre national "Russie" afin de préserver de manière permanente l'héritage de l'exposition.
