Roman Saprunov is a judge of the Southern District Military Court in Rostov-on-Don. He took politically motivated decisions against the Ukrainian citizens who opposed the illegal annexation of Crimea and Sevastopol. He handed down a 12 year prison term to Emir-Usein Kuku, a Crimean Tatar activist from the Crimean Human Rights Contact Group that monitored enforced disappearances in the illegally annexed Crimea and Sevastopol. Therefore, Roman Saprunov is responsible for supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.
Roman Saprunov est juge au tribunal militaire du district sud de Rostov-sur-le-Don. Il a pris des décisions à motivation politique à l’encontre des citoyens ukrainiens qui se sont opposés à l’annexion illégale de la Crimée et de Sébastopol. Il a condamné à douze ans de prison Emir-Usein Kuku, militant tatar de Crimée du groupe de contact sur les droits de l’homme de Crimée, qui assurait le suivi des disparitions forcées sur le territoire de la Crimée et de Sébastopol illégalement annexé. Roman Saprunov est donc responsable de soutenir et de mettre en œuvre des actions et des politiques qui compromettent et menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine
