JSC Bryansk Automobile Plant is the only Russian manufacturer that produces special wheeled chassis and tractors (SKST) of high cross-country ability, which are the basis of the transport base for existing and future means of air and rocket and space defence, as well as actively used as part of mobile means of radar reconnaissance, engineering support, and multiple launch rocket systems. JSC Bryansk Automobile Plant produces special wheeled chassis and tractors, which are used to place S-350, S-400, Tor-M2 anti-aircraft missile systems and other aerospace defence systems. Those air defence systems are used by the Russian Armed Forces in the Russian war of aggression Ukraine. JSC Bryansk Automobile Plant is therefore responsible for supporting materially actions which undermined or threatened the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. JSC Bryansk Automobile Plant benefits from the war of aggression of Russia against Ukraine as it contributes to the supply of special wheeled chassis and tractors for the air defence systems for the Russian Armed Forces and thus benefits directly from the growing need for arms. Due to the growing need for arms, JSC Bryansk Automobile Plant is benefitting from the Government of the Russian Federation, which is responsible for the annexation of Crimea and the destabilisation of Ukraine.

JSC Bryansk Automobile Plant est le seul constructeur russe qui produise des châssis et des engins de traction spéciaux à roues (SKST) à haute capacité de déplacement tout-terrain, qui constituent la base du transport des moyens de défense aérienne, antimissile et spatiale actuels et futurs, et sont utilisés de manière intensive comme moyens mobiles de reconnaissance radar et d’assistance technique et pour les systèmes de lance-roquettes multiples. JSC Bryansk Automobile Plant produit des châssis et des engins de traction spéciaux à roues sur lesquels sont installés les systèmes de missiles antiaériens S-350, S-400, Tor-M2 et d’autres systèmes de défense aérospatiale. Ces systèmes de défense aérienne sont utilisés par les forces armées russes pendant la guerre d’agression menée par la Russie contre l’Ukraine. JSC Bryansk Automobile Plant est donc responsable du soutien matériel apporté aux actions qui ont compromis ou menacé l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine. JSC Bryansk Automobile Plant tire profit de la guerre d’agression menée par la Russie contre l’Ukraine, car elle contribue à la fourniture de châssis et d’engins de traction spéciaux à roues pour les systèmes de défense aérienne des forces armées russes et tire ainsi directement avantage du besoin croissant d’armes. Compte tenu du besoin croissant d’armes, JSC Bryansk Automobile Plant tire avantage du gouvernement de la Fédération de Russie, qui est responsable de l’annexion de la Crimée et de la déstabilisation de l’Ukraine.
