Vladimir Tyulin is the CEO of ACCEPT LLC and REN TV – a Russian TV station, which is spreading state propaganda and disinformation related to Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine. He was included in the list of ‘1500 warmongers’ compiled by the Free Russia Forum. Vladimir Tyulin is also the Director General of Multimedia Information Center Izvestia LLC, which is providing news coverage for REN TV. Vladimir Tyulin is also a member of the Media Council of the Russian Geographical Society, which is presided over by defence minister Sergei Shoigu. He is therefore supporting actions or policies which undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.
Vladimir Tyulin est le directeur général d’ACCEPT LLC et de REN TV, une chaîne de télévision russe qui diffuse de la propagande d’État et de la désinformation liées à la guerre d’agression menée par la Russie contre l’Ukraine. Il a été inscrit sur la liste des "1500 fauteurs de guerre" établie par le Forum pour une Russie libre (Free Russia Forum). Vladimir Tyulin est également directeur général du centre d’information multimédia Izvestia LLC, qui assure la couverture de l’actualité pour REN TV. Vladimir Tyulin est en outre membre du conseil des médias de la société géographique russe, présidé par Sergei Shoigu, ministre de la défense. Il soutient donc des actions ou des politiques qui compromettent ou menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine.
