Oleg Ryazantsev, former Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, is acting as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Russian JSC “NPO Vysokotochnye Kompleksy” (High Precision Systems) since November 2022. High Precision Systems is a Russian developer and manufacturer of weapons. It is a leader in the production of tactical ballistic missile systems in Russia.
