Le général Parviz Absalan est le chef adjoint du Corps des gardiens de la révolution islamique (IRGC) dans la province du Sistan-Baloutchistan. L'IRGC est un élément central des forces de sécurité iraniennes dans cette province, où il est également appelé “armée Salmane”.
