OJSC 2566 Radioelectronic Armament Repair Plant is providing maintenance and repair services to the Russian Armed Forces. In his capacity as Director of OJSC 2566 Plant for the Repair of Radio-Electronic Weapons, Valeriy Shatilo is supporting materially and benefitting from the Government of the Russian Federation, which is responsible for the annexation of Crimea and the destabilisation of Ukraine.
