Yuri Isaev is a General Director in the Russian military industry company Temp-Avia. The company is specialised in producing navigation and automatic control systems, inertial control systems, inertial measurement units, gyrostabilisers, primary information sensors, attitude indicators and integrated backup flight navigation instrument systems. The contracting parties are other Russian military industry companies and the Russian Government itself. In particular, Temp-Avia produces basic attitude indicator AGB-96, which is used on Mi-8 helicopters of the Russian Armed Forces deployed in the war of aggression against Ukraine. Therefore, in his role, Yuri Isaev is supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. Furthermore, he is supporting materially and benefitting from the Government of the Russian Federation, which is responsible for the annexation of Crimea and the destabilisation of Ukraine.
Yuri Isaev est directeur général de l’entreprise de l’industrie militaire russe Temp-Avia. L’entreprise est spécialisée dans la production de systèmes de navigation et de contrôle automatique, de systèmes de navigation inertielle, d’unités de mesure inertielle, de stabilisateurs gyroscopiques, de capteurs d’informations primaires, d’indicateurs d’attitude et de systèmes intégrés d’instruments de navigation de secours. Les parties contractantes sont d’autres entreprises de l’industrie militaire russe et le gouvernement russe lui-même. En particulier, Temp-Avia produit l’indicateur d’attitude de base AGB-96, qui est utilisé sur les hélicoptères Mi-8 des forces armées russes déployées dans le cadre de la guerre d’agression menée contre l’Ukraine. Par conséquent, à ce titre, Yuri Isaev soutient et met en œuvre des actions et des politiques qui compromettent et menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine. Par ailleurs, il apporte un soutien matériel au gouvernement de la Fédération de Russie, qui est responsable de l’annexion de la Crimée et de la déstabilisation de l’Ukraine, et tire avantage de ce gouvernement.
