Par conséquent, Elena Ivanova apporte un soutien à des actions qui compromettent et menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine. Par ailleurs, dans le cadre de ses fonctions, elle apporte un soutien matériel au gouvernement de la Fédération de Russie, qui est responsable de l’annexion de la Crimée et de la déstabilisation de l’Ukraine, et tire avantage de ce gouvernement.
