Vyacheslav Petushenko est le président du conseil d’administration de la société d’État “Avtodor”, qui est la société d’État russe chargée des infrastructures et des services routiers. “Avtodor” a signé un accord prévoyant d’accorder le droit de circuler gratuitement sur les routes à péage pour les véhicules transportant de l’aide vers la zone de la guerre d’agression illégale menée par la Russie contre l’Ukraine.
