Belgian Financial Sanctions,

JSC Specchemistry is part of the management circuit of JSC “Tekhnodinamika” of the Rostec State Corporation. It is a holding company with enterprises specialising in special chemicals and industrial explosives, including the development and production of ballistic powders and rocket fuel (such as Solikamsk Plant “Ural”), explosives, pyrotechnic products and charge initiation means. JSC Specchemistry is engaged in activities related to military security, production of weapons and ammunition, production of explosives and production of nuclear fuel. Its products are used in Uragan MLRS, Grad MLRS and Kornet anti-tank grenade launchers — all of which serve Russian forces during their war of aggression against Ukraine. Therefore, JSC Specchemistry is responsible for supporting materially actions which undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. Furthermore, it is supporting materially the Government of the Russian Federation, as well as Russian decision-makers, responsible for the destabilisation of Ukraine.

JSC Specchemistry fait partie du circuit de gestion de JSC “Tekhnodinamika” de la Rostec State Corporation. Il s'agit d'une société holding dont les entreprises sont spécialisées dans les produits chimiques spéciaux et les explosifs industriels, y compris le développement et la production de poudres balistiques et de propergol (comme à l'usine de Solikamsk “Ural”), d'explosifs, de produits pyrotechniques et de moyens d'amorçage de charge. JSC Specchemistry participe à des activités liées à la sécurité militaire, à la production d'armes et de munitions, à la production d'explosifs et à la production de combustible nucléaire. Ses produits sont utilisés dans les lance-grenades anti-chars Uragan, Grad MLRS et Kornet, qui sont tous en service au sein des forces russes dans leur guerre d'agression menée contre l'Ukraine. Par conséquent, JSC Specchemistry est responsable de l'apport d'un soutien matériel à des actions qui compromettent ou menacent l'intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l'indépendance de l'Ukraine. Par ailleurs, elle apporte un soutien matériel au gouvernement de la Fédération de Russie, qui est responsable de l'annexion de la Crimée et de la déstabilisation de l'Ukraine
