Delfini is a non-governmental organisation in the Republic of Belarus founded by Olga Volkova, who is one of the main actors involved in the deportation of Ukrainian children from the illegally occupied territories of Ukraine to Belarus. Olga Volkova and the Delfini organisation have coordinated the movement of multiple groups of children from Ukraine to Belarus and been involved in subjecting children to re-education and military training. Therefore, the Delfini organisation is supporting materially actions which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, and stability and security in Ukraine.

Delfini est une organisation non gouvernementale en République de Biélorussie fondée par Olga Volkova, qui est l’un des principaux acteurs impliqués dans la déportation d’enfants ukrainiens des territoires ukrainiens illégalement occupés vers la Biélorussie. Olga Volkova et l’organisation Delfini ont coordonné le transfert de nombreux groupes d’enfants de l’Ukraine vers la Biélorussie et ont participé à soumettre les enfants à une rééducation et une formation militaire. Par conséquent, l’organisation Delfini apporte un soutien matériel aux actions qui compromettent ou menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine, et la stabilité et la sécurité de l’Ukraine.
