More Shipyard is the military warships provider to the Russian Navy. After the illegal annexation of the Crimean Peninsula by the Russian Federation, it was nationalised by the Russian Federation, and granted a Russian state license for the development, production, testing, installation, assembly, technical maintenance, repair, disposal and sale of weapons and military equipment.

Therefore, it is responsible for supporting, materially or financially, actions which undermined or threatened the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. Furthermore, its ownership was transferred contrary to Ukrainian law.

It built project 22800 corvettes for the Russian Navy, which contributed to the militarisation of illegally annexed Crimea. Moreover, the logo of the company makes use of the “Z” military symbol which has been employed by Russian propaganda to promote Russia’s unprovoked military aggression against Ukraine.

More Shipyard est le fournisseur de navires de guerre militaires de la marine russe. Après l’annexion illégale de la péninsule de Crimée par la Fédération de Russie, la société a été nationalisée par la Fédération de Russie, qui lui a accordé une licence de l’État russe pour le développement, la production, les essais, l’installation, l’assemblage, la maintenance technique, la réparation, l’élimination et la vente d’armes et d’équipements militaires. Elle a construit pour la marine russe les corvettes correspondant au projet 22800, qui ont contribué à la militarisation de la Crimée, annexée illégalement. En outre, sur le logo de la société figure le symbole militaire “Z”, utilisé par la propagande russe pour promouvoir l’agression militaire non provoquée contre l’Ukraine par la Russie. Par conséquent, cette société est responsable du soutien, matériel ou financier, apporté aux actions qui ont compromis ou menacé l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine. En outre, sa propriété a été transférée en violation du droit ukrainien.
