Function: Chief of Staff of the 22nd Guards Heavy Bomber Aviation Division based at Engels-2 airbase

Ilya Koryakin is the Chief of Staff of the 22nd Guards Heavy Bomber Aviation Division based at Engels-2 airbase in Saratov, Russia. In July 2024, a Kh-101 missile strike carried out by that Division hit the Okhmadyt children’s hospital in Kyiv. As the Chief of Staff of the 22nd Guards Heavy Bomber Aviation Division, Ilya Koryakin is supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

Ilya Koryakin est le chef d’état-major de la 22e division d’aviation de bombardement lourd de la Garde, située sur la base aérienne Engels-2 de Saratov, en Russie. En juillet 2024, une frappe de missile Kh-101 menée par cette division a touché l’hôpital pour enfants Okhmatdyt à Kiev.
