UKBTM is a Russian military industry company. It develops combat vehicles. UKBTM develops and modernises T-72 and T-90 tanks for the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, which are used in the war of aggression against Ukraine. Therefore, UKBTM is supporting materially actions which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. Moreover, it is supporting materially and benefitting from the Government of the Russian Federation, which is responsible for the annexation of Crimea and the destabilisation of Ukraine.

UKBTM est une entreprise de l'industrie militaire russe. Elle met au point des véhicules de combat. UKBTM met au point et modernise les chars T-72 et T-90 destinés aux forces armées de la Fédération de Russie, qui sont utilisés dans la guerre d'agression contre l'Ukraine. Par conséquent, UKBTM apporte un soutien matériel à des actions qui compromettent et menacent l'intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l'indépendance de l'Ukraine. En outre, elle apporte un soutien matériel au gouvernement de la Fédération de Russie, qui est responsable de l'annexion de la Crimée et de la déstabilisation de l'Ukraine, et tire avantage de ce gouvernement.
